Billy The Kid, LLC was founded by owner and operator Bill Prahofer, bringing over 35 years of combined hospitality expertise in hotels and restaurants to Las Vegas. The last 13 years of owning and operating my own iconic Chicago locations, namely Buck’s Four-Star Grill and Pie Life Pizzeria (at Buckingham Fountain in Grant Park), plus LakeBreeze Café & Beach Bar at Hollywood Beach.

 

 

 

 

 

Moving to the West Coast and Vegas has always been a dream. Now, as a proud Vegas local, I’ve brought some of the best flavors from my Chicago roots to create BEEF BOSS—offering fast food defined by genuine quality, variety, and a taste of home.

The philosophy of my prior company of "Eat, Drink, Live" continues on today. It comes from believing that everyone should enjoy life and have fun, eating and drinking what you love.
